On behalf of the Organizing Committee and as Dean for Academic Affairs, it is indeed my great pleasure to invite you to the 37th Annual Research and Education Forum of the Medical Sciences Campus of the University of Puerto Rico: Promoting Health through Individual and Social Means. This year we look forward to having a diverse representation from universities, government agencies, community-based and private entities that will come together to share knowledge and best practices on higher education, policy and politics, and workforce development, from traditions to innovations in health research.
This year, the Annual Forum will offer a thought-provoking and stimulating scientific program and plenary sessions. The Organizing Committee has updated the forum categories, which provides greater opportunities for researchers and educators to share their creative work and results. This, together with world-respected keynote speakers, research competitions, symposiums, oral and poster presentation sessions will enrich your knowledge on the latest developments in research and education.
Together with my colleagues in the Organizing Committee, I look forward to welcoming you at the Forum.
