On behalf of the Organizing Committee and as an Interim Chancellor, it is my great pleasure to invite you to the 38th Annual Research and Education Forum of the Medical Sciences Campus of the University of Puerto Rico that will take place on April 18-20, 2018. We are proud to continue hosting this great annual event in which members of our academic community will have the opportunity to disseminate their scientific contributions.
This year’s theme: “Commitment to Research and Education in the Face of Adversities” invites us to reflect on the importance of continuing to investigate in spite of the difficulties sometimes experienced by the scientific community. This Forum’s special edition focuses on student contributions to research and education at the campus. The Annual Forum will offer a thought-provoking and stimulating scientific program and plenary sessions. The Forum provides great opportunities for students, researchers and educators to share their creative work and results.
I look forward to welcoming you.
